Sucks to be you, suck to be me
A young woman was really tired.Presumably, it was rush hour in evening. She nodded off, pretty hard as you can see form the photo taken by a cell phone.
If you are even a little observant, you probably can notice a man's hand on the woman's thigh.
Yep, he's molesting. Well, that can happen, I suppose. And if no one took that picture, it wouldn't have been an issue. The woman wouldn't have realized it, and the man wouldn't have been found.
Here is the thing. a young woman on the other side took pictures of the scene and uploaded them to her blog.
Here is another thing; she did not put mosaic on neither the woman's face nor the guy's face. The molester and the molested were quickly identified.
And here is strange thing; the molested was accused to be "perverted" and all kind of bad stuff while the molester took off lightly.
Huh? It probably has something to do with the way the blog was written (which by the way I have no idea of) and a fact that the molested might have been too provocative, which I agree somewhat. I mean, look at her. Her shoes are off and her hair is going haywire.

That's so embarrassing, since a lot of people know who she is now
And I do think it's a bit strange that the molester was taken lightly since he's the one who did it. Wouldn't his wife be mad?

I just have two points i want to make: 1. the victim here is the one being molested and not the one who was molesting. He should be punished for preying on a defenseless woman. 2. i disagree that the victim was provocative in any way. If she looked the way she did, it's probably because she was too tired from a day's work thus the unkempt hair and dislodged shoes. Nothing in her attire invited any molester for free lunch...saying that her appearance brought about the incident is victimizing her all over again. I agree though that she should never have let her defenses down but it doesn't make it a crime. . . just my two cents.

i agree with the dgreatmax and i have to add this a great example of double standard on women. its always the women's fault for looking provocative because of the way they carry themselves or the way they dress. don't people stop to think that it might be the men who are actually at fault for being BIG pervs becoz they see everything in a perverted way. think of it every part of a woman's body even if it's only her hair is enough to send off a guy to his sexual wonderland and any man with poor self control would be acting like this d*** in the pic( all he needs is a c****m on his head and he'd really look like one).

That so reminds me of what a guy at the hairdresser's I used to frequent said... on the radio they were saying something about a girl who got molested and worse (you know the word) and he commented: It's their own fault when they are running around late at night dresses like wh...(you know the word too) -.-
I thought: WTF!? Unfortunately I was too shy to start a discussion with him on his attitude...

That's horrible! Wow, that guy has guts to molest a woman in public. I think if this happened here, that guy'd get his ass sued off. How the heck is the woman to blame? She's not even conscious! That's really messed up, and not ONLY that, whoever took the picture of this didn't DO anything? What's up with that? Just watch her get molested, and take a picture to remember it by??? How disgusting.

According to this logic, it's is now okay to rape dead people. I mean, they are just lying there, so it's their fault that they are dead and cannot stop the rapist.
