Once you register, you will receive an e-mail to verify your e-mail address. If you do not receive such an e-mail within few hours, it is advised that you try another e-mail host. Once the forum confirms your e-mail address, your account will be under moderation queue. Until then, you won't be able to use extra services such as Scanlation and Download. Once moderated and approved, you will be a full member with an access to the extra services. Moderation takes generally 3 hours to 12 hours.
I will not approve numeric usernames. I will approve such usernames as : Jack911 and Steve001. However, I will not approve full numeric usernames such as : 3243534523 and 94571634. I will also accept only English names. I will not accept usernames in Hangul, Kanji, Hiragana as well as Katakana.
I will likely delete accounts pending for approval if your e-mail addresses are found to be from those "disposable" e-mail addresses. I will not SPAM you, and you need to have a valid e-mail address in case of major changes in system.
